Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, including reporting any safety concerns or hazards to supervisors

• Assist with mealtime, including feeding and feeding assistance, and maintaining a clean dining area

• Participate in resident care planning and assist with implementing individualized care plans

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care

• Maintain accurate records of resident care and services provided
