Occupational Therapist

Perform comprehensive history and physical assessment for patients undergoing elective surgery with an anesthesia focus, including functional status, cardiac, and respiratory assessments. Conduct comprehensive medication reconciliation. Work in a fast-paced environment collaborating with registered nurses and nurse aides. Provide care for a patient population that includes adult total joint replacements, complex spines, urology, gynecology, and general surgery. Work under the supervision of an anesthesiologist in the Perioperative Clinic for pre-procedure testing. Charting system used is EPIC. No weekend requirements or holiday shifts are expected for outpatient roles. Dress code includes business attire with a lab coat. Cancellation policy allows for client-initiated call-offs of up to 36 hours during the assignment without penalty. Priority is given to candidates with relevant experience and certifications.
