Independent Personal Trainer (Bring Your Own Clients)

Extreme Fitness is looking for independent, motivated fitness professionals who want a top-tier facility to train their own existing clients. You keep 100% of your training revenue, setting your own rates and schedule. In exchange, you simply pay a highly competitive, flat per-client facility fee. We act as your premium venue partner so you can focus entirely on growing your business.
What Extreme Fitness Provides:
- Full access to a premium fully equipped facility
- Clean, professional, and high-energy environment with private amenities for your clients.
What You Bring:
- Your Own Clientele: This role is strictly for established trainers with an active, existing roster of clients ready to train at our facility.
- Professional Independence: You manage your own scheduling, billing, and training programs.
- Credentials: Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from an accredited organization (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, etc.).
- Insurance & Safety: Active CPR/AED certification and a Professional Liability Insurance policy naming Extreme Fitness as an additional insured.
The Financial Structure:
- No high splits. You bill your clients directly and keep your profits.
- You pay a flat facility fee negotiable per client session.
- Alternative options like flat monthly floor rent are available for high-volume trainers.
