Role Description The Associate Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mayfield, KY. This role supports daily restaurant and retail operations, including overseeing team members, monitoring guest service standards, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The Associate Manager assists with shift scheduling, training, and coaching staff to meet performance and quality expectations. Responsibilities include coordinating front- and back-of-house activities, managing inventory and cash handling procedures, and addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally. The Associate Manager collaborates closely with senior management to meet operational goals, maintain compliance with company policies, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality operations, with a focus on guest service and day-to-day shift management. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team supervision, coaching, and performance feedback in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting effectively with guests, team members, and management. Basic knowledge of inventory management, cash handling, and operational processes to support efficient store performance. Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to remain calm and organized under pressure. Commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful work environment aligned with company values. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in a hospitality setting.
