How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care that ensures patient safety and upholds our commitment to clinical excellence.
• Drive better patient outcomes by proactively implementing and monitoring personalized care plans.
• Collaborate across disciplines to create a seamless, well-coordinated care experience for every patient.
• Support the broader medical team by executing physician and nursing orders with precision and attention to detail.
• Champion the patient’s transition home by assessing individual needs and orchestrating discharge planning in partnership with the full care team.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• One or more of the following required:
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of
  hire.
