LaborMAX Staffing is a leading staffing agency specializing in general labor, skilled trades, and industrial staffing solutions. Our Boise office partners with businesses across construction, manufacturing, warehousing, and restoration to provide reliable workforce solutions.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staffing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for sales calls, recruiting, onboarding, and dispatching temporary employees while providing excellent service to both clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, interview, and onboard qualified candidates
Perform sales calls (cold calling, follow-up calls, customer visits, building sales prospect in CRM database)
Match employees to client job orders based on skills and experience
Complete new hire paperwork, orientations, and compliance documentation
Dispatch employees and confirm attendance and job performance
Build strong client relationships through communication and site visits
Resolve client and employee concerns quickly and professionally
Maintain accurate records in company systems
Assist with payroll, timecard verification, and invoicing support
Assist with the collection process
Ensure safety compliance and proper PPE use
Support branch sales efforts and identify new business opportunities

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, or customer service preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
Reliable transportation required
High school diploma or equivalent required
