Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hardware Installer to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for installing various types of hardware into precision sheet metal components using specialized equipment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with hardware press machines and a strong understanding of manufacturing drawings and specifications. This is a daytime position - Monday through Friday. Pay is based on your skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Install hardware into sheet metal parts using Haeger hardware machines
• Install rivets and rivnuts into sheet metal assemblies
• Operate and maintain hardware installation equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure all installations meet quality standards and engineering specifications
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and defects
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and manufacturing drawings
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2–3 years of experience operating Haeger hardware presses
• 2–3 years of experience using rivet guns, rivnut tools, and heli-coil tools
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in precision sheet metal manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with quality inspection tools and processes
• Strong work ethic and reliability
