Marketing Communications Assistant - Entry-Level

Key Responsibilities

• Support project management initiatives under the guidance of the Marketing Manager and senior leadership team
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams and client accounts to ensure campaign goals and brand objectives are achieved
• Coordinate and oversee in-store marketing activities, promotional events, community outreach initiatives, and customer engagement programs
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, clients, vendors, and event partners
• Represent client brands professionally while promoting products, services, and special marketing initiatives
• Assist with customer acquisition, lead generation, and brand awareness efforts
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and contribute to reporting, analysis, and optimization strategies
• Manage marketing collateral, promotional materials, event displays, and visual merchandising efforts
• Maintain accurate records related to event attendance, inventory management, campaign results, and operational performance
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and contribute creative marketing ideas
• Support business development initiatives and help drive overall campaign success

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, customer service, sales, event marketing, or a related field
• Internship experience in marketing, communications, advertising, public relations, or event coordination is a plus
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and reporting capabilities
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong desire for professional growth
