In this role, you’ll provide essential SLP services during the 2026-2027 academic year, supporting young learners in their communication development within a vibrant educational environment. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current CCC status
• Active SLP licensure in Michigan, or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Skilled in therapy planning and documentation for elementary-aged students
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Coachable, proactive, responsive, and able to work independently within a team setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to a K-5 caseload, Monday-Friday, 8 AM–4 PM
• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and track student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support each learner’s goals
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and parent conferences as needed
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment for all students
