Spring Lake, 3rd Shift, $16.50 per hour

Job Summary

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a hands-on opportunity? We're seeking a Packager to join our team in Spring Lake. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us ensure high-quality production and efficient packaging to meet customer needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Packager , your core responsibilities will include:

• Packaging and Sorting: Stand at the end of a stamping press to inspect, sort, and pack finished parts into containers and boxes.

• Quality Control: Perform visual inspections to maintain high-quality standards and identify any defects.

• Safety and Efficiency: Follow company safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

In addition, you will also be expected to cross-train in other areas of production to support overall team success.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing experience (recommended)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Comfortable standing for up to 8 hours per shift

Skills:

• Attention to Detail: Ensures that all parts meet quality and safety standards.

• Teamwork: Works well with others to maintain smooth production flow.

• Basic Math Skills: Accurately counts and records part quantities.
