RN ER - Rangely, COLocation: Rangely, CO 81648Project Duration: 13 weeksPay Range: $50 – $51 per hourShift: 7 pm to 7 am/Night shift / 36 hrsJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Room (ER) / Swing Bed team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical experience, excellent assessment skills, and the ability to provide safe, compassionate care to patients in both emergency and swing-bed settings.Responsibilities· Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room and Swing Bed settings.· Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in patient condition.· Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.· Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.· Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient status.· Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.· Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Athena EMR system.· Follow hospital policies, infection-control standards, and patient-safety protocols.· Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.Requirements· Active and unrestricted RN license as required by the facility/state.· Minimum 3 years of RN experience.· Previous ER/Emergency Department experience strongly preferred.· Experience with Swing Bed or acute-care patients is preferred.· Proficiency with electronic medical records; Athena experience preferred.· Strong assessment, critical-thinking, communication, and organizational skills.· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.About generis Tek: generis tek is a boutique IT/professional staffing based in Chicago land.
