OR Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Mid Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience - Minimum of 1 year of travel experience License: - Valid CA RN License Certifications: - BLS - ACLS Must-Have: - Experience in General, Orthopedic, Vascular, Trauma, and Neuro cases Description: OR Registered Nurse needed. Plans, manages, and coordinates the professional nursing care delivered to surgical patients. Provides specialized care and treatment. Directs and supervises ancillary nursing personnel. Works in collaboration with all members of the health team. Scrubs or circulates surgical cases. Maintains professional nursing practice standards. Ability to make fine discrimination in sound. Ability to work with bodily fluids and substances. Contact with patients under a wide variety of circumstances. Handles emergency or crisis situations. Subject to varying and unpredictable situations. OSHA Risk Category I (High Risk).
