Position: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (Full-time/PRN) Edenbrook Rochester, a skilled nursing facility in the Eden Senior Care Network, is now hiring a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to provide rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations! Primary Job Responsibilities Communicate resident progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; instruct resident's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs. Provides treatment to patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist. Instructs families and staff in maintenance programs as directed by the Occupational Therapist. Communicates with supervisor and other interdisciplinary team members regarding patient progress, problems, and plans. Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition. Qualifications Current Minnesota Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing. A degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) program. Strong communication, documentation, and patient‑care skills. Experience in skilled nursing, home health, or rehabilitation settings preferred. Reasons to Join Eden Great team environment.
