We cap direct care at 50–65% for a reason. You'll have time to document, consult, and actually think. Real interdisciplinary collaboration. You'll work alongside psychiatrists, nurses, and peer support specialists — not in a silo. Leadership that has clinical roots. Our program directors carry clinical backgrounds. When you raise a concern, you're talking to someone who gets it. Growth as we grow. We're actively expanding our mental health programming, which means pathways into leadership, supervision, and specialty tracks for the right clinicians. Mission-driven, not metrics-driven. How do you know if you have a disability? A disability is a condition that substantially limits one or more of your “major life activities.” If you have or have ever had such a condition, you are a person with a disability.
