Position – Industrial Sewer

Job Location – Muskego, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (6:00am – 2:30pm)

Starting Pay – 17.50-18.00

Required Experience – Must have a minimal of 1 year of industrial sewing

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble materials

2. Select appropriate thread, needle, and stitch patterns

3. Adjust machine settings for different fabrics

4. Follow patterns and instructions accurately

5. Inspect finished products for quality

6. Make repairs or adjustments as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience with industrial sewing machines (At least 1+ year of experience)

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Good communication skills

- Ability to work well in a team
