As a Wireless Sales Associate, you'll get to know our communication technology inside and out. You'll be the one everyone else looks to when it comes to what's next in wireless and technology solutions. It's great to be the expert.

Responsibilities include handling all aspects of the sales process: completing customer contracts, accepting bill payments, fulfilling warranty replacements, and all administrative aspects related to the sale. Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations, providing efficient, courteous customer service and assistance for all products and services offered, maintaining strong knowledge of all Company products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and services, customer outreach, and maintaining proper store operations.

Job requirements include being 18 years old, some retail customer service experience, working well with others in a competitive, friendly, team environment, using competitive spirit to meet and exceed assigned sales goals, and working a variety of hours including weekends, evenings and holidays involving occasional overtime.

Desired qualifications include 1 or more years of commission/incentive-based retail sales experience.
