Senior Director, SEC Reporting & Financial Compliance

Transamerica in Baltimore, MD seeks a senior finance leader to own SEC reporting, ensure timely filings, and drive compliance with U.S. GAAP and SOX controls.
You will lead the External Reporting team, mentor five direct reports, oversee 10-K/10-Q/8-K filings, and partner with Investor Relations and cross-functional teams.
