We invite you to take part in Cirrus Logic’s “rocking” culture!ResponsibilitiesProvide direct engineering support for Cirrus Logic customers and field personnelDevelop reference designs and demonstration platformsDevelop application notes, white papers, demo-board, and reference-design manualsImplement customer-application focused data collection and circuit analysisDebug analog and digital silicon issuesCollaborate and communicate closely with tier 1 customers, marketing and internal engineering teams to understand requirements and use cases and contribute to next-generation product definitionAutonomously manage tasks and priorities, including communicating project status cross functionallyTravel approximately 2 weeks per year, domestically and abroadRequired Skills and QualificationsBSEE with 7+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry (or MSEE with 5+ years of experience)Experience with integrated DC-to-DC switching buck and/or boost converters, battery chargers and mixed-signal circuits for portable or power electronic productsDemonstrated aptitude in system understanding of various industry interface standards such as I2C, SPI, USB, UART, I2S, SPMIExperience in component selection, schematic entry and knowledge of PCB layout designExperience with scripting or programming languages such as MATLAB, LabVIEW, Python or similarExperience with embedded C/C++ programming a plusExtensive hands-on experience in lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, audio analyzers, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzersSelf-motivated with excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail are highly valued as you will need to understand silicon, board and software interactionsHighly dynamic, energetic and driven personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work across functional groups and organization#LI-CC1 #LI-HybridExport control restrictions based upon applicable laws and regulations would prohibit candidates who are nationals of certain embargoed countries from working in this position without Cirrus Logic first obtaining an export license.
