A highly respected private physician-owned urology group in the Portland metro area is seeking a Urology physician due to growth and patient demand. This is an excellent opportunity to join an physician owned, physician lead Urology practice with a 1-2 year partnership track, with buy-in that includes ownership in the group's ancillary services and long-term earning potential well over $1 million as a partner.

• General Urology Opportunity with Robotic surgery available
• Established, physician-owned urology practice with strong referral relationships and patient volume

Compensation & Benefits

• Negotiable salary guarantee as an employee in years 1-2 with bonus potential
• 1-2 year partnership track with buy-in including the group's ancillary services- Partner earning potential well over $1 million annually

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Eligible for Oregon medical licensure
• Position is not J1 or H1B visa eligible
