Merchandising Manager

Summary The Merchandising Manager will support operational activities for the High End and Core Watch category across all business channels, including Bulgari.com. This role coordinates product availability, new launches, allocations and reporting while acting as a project lead for high end watch requests. The position requires close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure stock availability and optimize assortment performance. Responsibilities Coordinate with cross functional teams on assortment, discontinuations, pricing requests and new product plans Serve as project manager for high end watch requests, including stock requests from Switzerland, transfers and related reporting Analyze, allocate and rebalance merchandise by historic sales, market needs and marketing initiatives Monitor stock levels and manage incoming allocations, special orders, reallocations and miscellaneous requests Provide monthly executive reports and ad hoc reporting to leadership and the VP of Merchandising Track sales performance by KPIs, store clusters, rankings, product typologies and materials versus forecast Collaborate with distribution planning, B.Com and omni channel teams to ensure product grids and logistics align with strategy Support forecasting for novelties and existing product in partnership with the merchandising analyst Requirements Bachelor's degree in a business related field Minimum 5 years' experience in merchandising or similar roles Passion for the watch category and strong retail math and analytical skills Advanced Excel and experience with SAP, BW and Power BI Creative thinker, problem solver with strong accountability and initiative Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
