This position encompasses responsibilities in both preoperative and post-anesthesia care units, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients before and after surgical procedures. Call Requirements Approximately 3-4 weeknight on-call shifts and one 24-hour weekend on-call shift within an 8-week period. Weeknight call hours: 9 PM - 7 AM Weekend call hours: 7 AM - 7 AM Shifts 6 AM - 6:30 PM 7 AM - 7:30 PM 8 AM - 8:30 PM 9 AM - 9:30 PM Unit Description This position is located in a community hospital with 7 operating rooms, serving a variety of specialties, including: Neurosurgery Plastic Surgery Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) Breast Surgery General Surgery Gynecology (GYN) Urology Orthopedic Surgery Vascular Surgery Endoscopy Qualifications Current BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications required.
