IT Support

IT Support Support role responsible for routine end‑user assistance with hardware, software, peripherals, and networking within the enterprise. Responsibilities Receive and record support requests regarding hardware, software, peripheral support and maintenance. Troubleshoot issues via phone, email, or in person in a timely and accurate fashion. Resolve basic issues independently; refer more complex issues to the next level with appropriate urgency and clear documentation. Open tickets with 3rd‑party vendors as necessary. Onboard and offboard personnel. Support IT project work for new deployments and configurations. Qualifications and Education Requirements 1–2 years’ experience in Help Desk or Desktop Support. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Basic understanding of networking and printing fundamentals (DHCP, DNS). Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Solid organizational skills; able to manage multiple concurrent tasks or projects. Self‑motivated with the ability to learn new systems independently. Comfortable taking initiative and thinking beyond the immediate request.
