NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a General Manager or VP of Operations to join our client’s team in Kissimmee, Florida . This is an onsite, direct hire position. Salary: $165,000 – $200,000 (depending on experience) plus bonus Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Requirements 10+ years of property management leadership experience within the Florida community association management industry. Strong operational leadership experience overseeing property management teams and client service functions Experience managing board relationships, escalated client matters, and multi-community portfolios A 'people first' mentality - develop their team, build strong client relationships Active Florida CAM License (LCAM) preferred. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of HOA property management teams across multiple locations.
