The Systems Engineer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and integration a new product that meets customer and technical requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration and operation of complex systems in a fast-paced Agile environment.Key Responsibilities:System Design: Develop and document system architecture, components, and interfaces to meet project requirements.System Interfaces: Become an expert in the system's interfaces and identify key integration pointsCollaboration: Work closely with the agile product manager and software developers to ensure system designs align with customer and technical objectives.Agile Development: Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as iteration planning, iteration demos, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to contribute to team goals and objectives.Integration & Testing: Support the integration system services with external systemsProblem Solving: Diagnose and resolve system issues with comprehensive testingDocumentation: Maintain up-to-date system documentation in confluence, including interface definitions, system diagrams, and mission use casesContinuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving system efficiency and scalability through innovative approaches and tools.What You Must Have:Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or another STEM field8-10 years of experience in systems engineering or a related role.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).Knowledge of scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, Bash, or similar).Familiarity with DevOps practicesExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.Active TS/SCI Clearance and ability to obtain PolyWhat Would Be Nice to Have:Background in Mission OperationsExperience with complex system integration activitiesPay Range: At GRVTY, we understand that compensation is influenced by many factors—such as geographic location, federal contract labor categories, wage rates, prior experience, skillsets, education, and certifications.
