Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments for procedures.
  
  
• 
  Assist surgeons during vascular surgeries as a first assist.
  
  
• 
  Maintain sterile techniques and ensure proper sterilization of equipment.
  
  
• 
  Monitor and document patient condition throughout the procedure.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with surgical team to ensure smooth operation flow.
  
  
• 
  Follow all safety protocols and best practices during surgeries.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Must possess at least 2 years of experience as a CST - First Assist.
  
  
• 
  Certification in Surgical Technology (CST) required.
  
  
• 
  Proven experience assisting in vascular surgeries preferred.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical procedures.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
