Key Responsibilities

• Telehealth Care Delivery: Provide personalized telehealth consultations, ensuring each patient receives tailored care that addresses their individual needs and circumstances. Utilize technology to conduct remote assessments, follow-ups, and prescription management with empathy and professionalism.
• Schedule Management: Oversee and optimize your patient consultation schedule, ensuring accessible care while accommodating the dynamic nature of family medicine. This includes addressing urgent care issues as they arise and prioritizing patient follow-up to foster continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
