Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as feeding, mobility, and incontinence care

• Monitor and document resident vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure

• Identify and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents and staff

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Arkansas

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1+ year of experience in long-term care or a related setting preferred

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with assistance, as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
