Identify and resolve existing integration or synchronization issues. Provide recommendations for optimization and improved system interoperability. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including IT, security, and business application teams. Assist in documenting integration architecture, data flows, and configurations. Ensure the integration aligns with compliance and security requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Provide knowledge transfer and support documentation for internal teams. Summary: We are seeking a skilled **Salesforce & Radiant Logic Integration Consultant** to support a short-term project focused on resolving and optimizing integration points between our Salesforce environment and Radiant Logic’s Identity Data Platform. The ideal consultant will bring hands-on experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure data flows and identity services function efficiently and securely. Job Description: Demonstrated experience in integrating Salesforce with Radiant Logic or similar identity data platforms. Strong understanding of identity management concepts, LDAP, SAML, directory synchronization, and data federation. Experience troubleshooting API-based integrations and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica). Familiarity with RadiantOne FID or ICS. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Able to work independently and deliver results on a tight timeline.
