Children's Fitness Instructor Are you the person who lights up a room the moment you walk in? Do kids naturally gravitate toward you? We're looking for an instructor who brings Miss Rachel-level energy to the gym floor every single class. Animated. Warm. Completely in their element with little ones. This is a performance role as much as it is a coaching role, and we need someone who gets that and loves it. What You'll Do Lead gymnastics, movement, dance, and enrichment classes for children ages 4 months to 12 years Bring your full energy to every class back-to-back sessions, weekend mornings included Connect genuinely with kids at every developmental stage and adapt on the fly Build relationships with families that make them feel like this is their second home Keep the gym safe, clean, and organized Schedule Saturday and Sunday mornings are our busiest, highest-energy time of the week and are required for this role. Weekday hours available as well. What We're Looking For Naturally expressive, animated, and enthusiastic you don't perform energy, you have it Genuine love for babies, toddlers, and kids (this is obvious in person and you know if it's you) Reliable and consistent our families plan their week around our schedule Strong communicator with both children and adults Physical stamina for active, high-energy classes 18+ and able to pass a background check Bonus points for: gymnastics, dance, cheer, theater, or performing arts background; early childhood education or coaching experience; CPR/First Aid certification What You Get Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid training no prior The Little Gym experience required Consistent scheduling in a professionally run gym Clear growth path to Senior Instructor, Shift Leader, and beyond A team that holds a high bar and has fun doing it When you work somewhere this fun, it doesn't even feel like a job.
