About Our Client
Our client operates a large manufacturing facility supporting multiple industries throughout North America. The organization has made substantial investments in equipment upgrades and preventative maintenance programs to support continued growth.
Job Description
- Lead maintenance and reliability teams
- Develop preventative and predictive maintenance programs
- Improve equipment availability and OEE
- Manage maintenance KPIs and budgets
- Support capital equipment installation projects
- Drive continuous improvement efforts
The Successful Applicant
A successful Maintenance Manager should have:
- 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing
- Experience managing maintenance technicians and supervisors
- Strong knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance programs
- Experience improving uptime, OEE, and equipment reliability
- Budget management experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field
- CMRP certification
- Experience with CMMS systems
- Experience leading capital equipment projects
- Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience
