Product Development Manager

Role Description

We're looking for a Product Development Manager to join the Ü Snacks product team. In this role, you will own product development execution across many launches (line extensions, retail launches, limited time offers and new innovation) - from idea through cross-functional development to final packaging approval. You'll manage external vendors and suppliers, drive cross-functional alignment, and make sure launches land on time and at the quality bar we hold ourselves to.

This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment - and also come together on a bi-annual basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL.

• Own packaging execution end to end — concept, manuscript, artwork, proofs, and sample cycles across every initiative you own.
• Drive launch execution at volume — manage the full lifecycle of limited-time offers, collabs, and retail launches including timelines, vendor coordination, R&D partnership, gummy mold development, sample testing, and cross-functional alignment.
• Own your product lines — be the go-to expert on the brands and SKUs you own.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships — own the day-to-day with external partners to keep timelines and quality standards intact.
• Support post-launch optimization — work with GTM and R&D to identify opportunities for formula improvements, packaging refinements, and claims updates that improve retention and customer experience.
• Act as the connective tissue — across Operations, Brand, Performance, and external partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product development experience at a D2C or growth-stage CPG company.
• Experience owning packaging from concept to approval to launch.
• Managed a high volume of simultaneous launches, preferably in beauty, personal care, food, or wellness CPG.
• Track record of managing external vendors and suppliers through full project cycles.
• Strong cross-functional project management skills.
• Proficient in Asana or a comparable project management tool.
