We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Superintendent to join our growing Houston team.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead all field operations for commercial, industrial, and municipal electrical construction projects.Manage and supervise Foremen, Electricians, Apprentices, and subcontractors.Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractors to meet schedules and budgets.Work closely with Project Managers, Estimators, Owners, and General Contractors.Conduct jobsite safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety standards.Ensure all installations comply with NEC requirements, local codes, and project specifications.Develop and mentor field personnel and future leaders.Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesCurrent Journeyman Electrician License or Master Electrician License required.Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent.Strong understanding of NEC requirements and electrical construction methods.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.What We're Looking ForAmbitious and driven to advance their career.Strong growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning.Hands-on leadership approach.Professionalism, accountability, and integrity.Passion for mentoring and developing others.BenefitsCompetitive pay and benefits packageCompany vehicle and gas cardMedical, dental, and vision insuranceCompany-paid life and disability insurance401(k) with company match and immediate vestingPaid holidays and PTOCareer advancement and professional development opportunitiesAbout Us:Star Service, A Fidelity Company, is the leading HVAC service provider throughout the entire Gulf Coast, from Texas to Florida.
