Industrial Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Supports daily operational needs by maintaining assigned properties and ensuring all maintenance requests and preventative tasks are completed in a timely, high‑quality manner. Principal Duties / Responsibilities Perform mid‑to‑expert level break‑fix and preventative maintenance. Install, maintain, and repair equipment, electrical wiring, and fixtures. Observe devices in operation to locate the root cause of problems. Maintain property, grounds, and common areas in the best possible condition. Qualifications Experience as a maintenance technician with a passion for fixing things. Must be able to work on trailers and change trailer lights, fix trailer doors, and change trailer tires. Ability to handle electrical and mechanical work in both residential and commercial settings.
