ESTIMATOR

Position Title: Property Management Estimator Department: Property Management Division Reports To: Lisa Straughn Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare estimates and proposals for flooring projects across multiple property management accounts, based on takeoffs or drawings received from internal sales teams. Accurately price all types of flooring products including carpet, sheet vinyl, and LVP. Ensure single-unit estimates are completed within 24 hours and full property estimates within 48 hours. Maintain communication with sales representatives and account managers to clarify scope, confirm pricing, and ensure accuracy. Support accounts by assisting with special pricing, modules, or custom requirements. Make updates to proposals as needed, including revisions, change orders, or adjustments based on customer feedback. Manage workload in order of submission unless directed otherwise by leadership. Exhibit flexibility to support high-priority or time-sensitive requests. Maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organization in a deadline-driven environment. Adapt to existing company processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This is a fully in-office position. Qualifications: Experience with flooring estimating or general estimating preferred, particularly within multifamily or property management industries preferred but not necessarily needed. Strong understanding of takeoffs, blueprint reading, and digital floor plans preferred but not necessarily needed. Proficiency with estimating software, Microsoft Excel, and general computer systems preferred but not necessarily needed. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight turnaround times. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be a team player, open to feedback, and eager to grow within the position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
