Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grader Operator to join our team. As a Grader Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our construction projects by accurately grading and leveling surfaces. If you have a passion for heavy equipment operation and a commitment to safety, this may be the opportunity you have been waiting for.

Grader Operator Responsibilities & Duties

Operate grading equipment such as motor graders, dozers, and skid steers
Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance tasks
Work closely with construction crews to ensure accurate grading and leveling
Ensure that all equipment is operated in a safe and efficient manner
Maintain accurate and detailed records of equipment usage and maintenance

Grader Operator Qualifications & Skills

Certification as a heavy equipment operator
Experience in road construction and excavation
Familiarity with GPS and laser grading equipment
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience as a Grader Operator
Extensive knowledge of grading and excavation equipment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
