Production

Our client in the Waunakee area, is looking for a dependable Production Utility Specialist to join their 2nd shift team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands on work, staying active throughout the day, and learning different areas of a manufacturing operation. In this position, you will work as a production floater, helping wherever support is needed across shipping, inventory, assembly, and other production areas.

Shift: 2nd Monday-Thursday 3PM-1:30AM

What You'll Do

• Assist with daily production and material-handling activities
• Prepare finished products for shipment, including weighing, packing, and labeling
• Move materials and products throughout the facility
• Assist with receiving and putting incoming parts into inventory
• Pull parts and materials needed for production and assembly
• Help with motor and gearbox assembly as needed
• Assist with paint/prep and other production-related tasks
• Enter and update information in the company's computer system
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Provide support to different departments as production needs change

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to read and write basic instructions
• Basic math skills
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
