Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered approaches.

• Work in harmony with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to establish coordinated care plans that bolster holistic treatment strategies for our clients.

• Offer crisis intervention and support to clients during acute distress or emergencies, employing established protocols to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Participate in community outreach efforts and educational initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness and reducing stigma associated with mental health conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural and economic backgrounds. Your role will significantly impact those facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. Qualifications\n

• A current, independent, and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s degree or doctor’s degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated cultural competence, enabling effective interactions with individuals spanning various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.

Compensation and Benefits\n
