About the Role:

Rochester Theatre Management is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team in Fairport, NY. Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day operations and organizational goals of the theatre
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
Assist in coordinating events, productions, and scheduling as needed
Communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and guests
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to theatre operations
Contribute to a positive and professional work environment

Requirements:

Prior experience in a relevant field or industry preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Passion for the arts, entertainment, or theatre is a plus
