Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote State Farm insurance products and services.
• Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant customer information.
• Aggressively follow up on leads, referrals, to generate a sales pipeline.
• Qualify potential customers, and tell them about State Farm insurance.
• Log all prospect and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Previous telemarketing or sales experience preferred
• Persuasion skills, likes to work with people
• Willingness to learn about insurance products
• Professional and courteous telephone manner.
• Focus on achieving targets and contributing to our growth.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
