What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations
• Act as a Charge RN, coordinating nursing staff and patient flow
• Assist with medical/surgical and stepdown care as needed, floating between units
• Ensure compliance with hospital and emergency protocols
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and communicate effectively with team members
• Support critical care procedures and patient safety initiatives

What You Need

• Valid RN license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years ER experience
• Experience working in a Critical Access Hospital environment
• Charge nurse experience is mandatory
• Willingness to float to Med/Surg and Stepdown units

• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a rural hospital setting
