Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

/n/nResponsibilities/n

/n
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs to identify changes in patient condition.
/n
- Implement and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
/n
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document according to hospital policy.
/n
- Interpret telemetry strips and maintain documentation to ensure patient safety and compliance.
/n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for effective patient care management.
/n
- Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care instructions.
/n

/n/nQualifications/n

/n
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Arizona.
/n
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Medical Surgical nursing required.
/n
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
/n
- Experience in reading and interpreting dysrhythmia and telemetry strips.
/n
- Familiarity with Cerner charting system preferred.
/n
- Ability to float to East Campus or PCU if qualified.
/n
