Funding Associate - Auto Finance

Job Description

Johnson Service Group is seeking Funding Associates for an Auto Finance Company in the Dallas, Texas area.
This is a fully remote position. Must live within 75 miles of the company.
Must be flexible with working days/ hours
Monday-Friday - 9:00 am - 6:00 pm and every other Saturday with a weekday off. (40 hours per week)
Hourly pay rate: $18.00

The Funder Associate is responsible for reviewing, booking and funding retail and lease contracts from dealerships in accordance with department policies and procedures. This position requires flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment, changing rules, regulations and policies, and as such, must be able to process and retain information quickly.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Review and validate retail and lease documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies, established guidelines, programs, credit stipulations and state/federal laws and regulations.
2. Handle incoming dealer phone calls to resolve held offerings during peak hours as needed.
3. Actively participate in coaching and development sessions/trainings to co-create solutions that enhance individual performance and overall department/team performance
4. Perform all other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• College degree preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Aptitude for numbers and calculations
• Self-motivated, self-starter
• Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality work
• Ability to multitask and react quickly in a fast paced, team environment
• Enhanced problem solving skills
• Must be able to take and apply feedback quickly
• Ability to work under pressure
