Family & Community Support Specialist
Aunt Martha's Roseland Community Health Center
Aunt Martha's Health & Wellness is seeking a Family Enhancement Worker to support children and families in Park Forest. You will conduct weekly in-person visits, assess needs, and guide families toward local resources. You will collaborate with a team, provide crisis response when needed, and help with documentation, consent, and compliance.
