You'll help keep client books accurate and current, build the reports owners use to run their companies, and see how strong financial operations support better decisions on cash, growth, and strategy.What You'll DoAssist with monthly and quarterly close, including account reconciliations and journal entries, under supervisionPrepare financial statements and management reports for client reviewBuild and update budgets and cash flow forecastsAnalyze financial results and summarize trends and variances for the teamSupport accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes for outsourced accounting clientsUse cloud accounting platforms and company technology to manage client workWhat We're Looking ForPursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in accountingInterest in CPA licensure or a career in corporate finance and advisoryStrong attention to detail and an analytical mindsetGood organization and the ability to manage recurring deadlines across multiple clientsProficiency in Excel; experience with QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or similar software is a plusClear communication skills and comfort working with client dataWhat You'll GainHands-on experience running the finance function for real businessesMentorship from experienced CFO advisors, managers, and PartnersExposure to family-owned and growing businesses across multiple industriesAn inside view of how financial reporting drives business strategyEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
