Vent Patient Specialist (RRT or RN)

Location: Southborough, MA

Start Date: As soon as possible

Duration: Ongoing / permanent opportunity

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am 5:00 pm

Hours/Week: 40 hours

Employment Type: Full-time

Licenses/Certifications: Active RRT or RN licensure, valid driver's license

Experience: Pediatric and/or ALS ventilation experience preferred

Pay Rate: $45$50/hour (based on experience)

Mileage Reimbursement: Yes

Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 after 60 days; additional $2,000 after 180 days

What You'll Do

• Manage ventilation therapy for pediatric and ALS patients
• Conduct comprehensive respiratory assessments and monitor patient status
• Set up and troubleshoot advanced respiratory equipment and software
• Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use and care plans
• Document patient interactions and treatment progress accurately
• Support on-call consultation for ongoing patient needs
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

What You Need

Required:

• Valid RRT or RN licensure in Massachusetts
• Experience with pediatric and/or ALS ventilation
• Proficiency with respiratory equipment and download software
• Strong communication and independent working skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred:

• Background in home respiratory care
• Knowledge of Care Orchestrator, Astral software
• Additional technical or specialized respiratory training
