Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) experience
• Proficiency in scrubbing and circulating CVOR cases
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique, instrumentation, and cardiovascular surgical protocols
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-operative nursing care for cardiovascular surgical patients
• Scrub and circulate during CVOR procedures, maintaining strict adherence to safety and infection control standards
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Uphold patient advocacy and support throughout surgical processes
