Responsibilities include establishing customer relationships and following up with customers, as needed. You will use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. You will work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. You must maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive salary plus commission/bonus and paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days).

Requirements include sales experience, a successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas, excellent communication skills, enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams, self-motivation, proactive problem solving, ability to learn computer functions, and ability to multi-task.
