The Opportunity

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Public Sector IT Proposal Manager for upcoming project opportunity: Commonwealth of Virginia / eVA and agency procurement sources .

Core Responsibilities

Confirm whether the Virginia - IT Services and Cybersecurity Solicitation source has an active solicitation requiring a response.
Build a response calendar from verified Virginia - IT Services and Cybersecurity Solicitation notice dates and amendment instructions.
Map the available Virginia - IT Services and Cybersecurity Solicitation response questions to proposed technical and commercial contributors.
Identify mandatory forms, eligibility statements and submission steps in the source documents.
Collect relevant past performance and personnel evidence for the stated Virginia - IT Services and Cybersecurity Solicitation scope.
Request clarification where Virginia - IT Services and Cybersecurity Solicitation requirements or response instructions are incomplete.
Review proposed solution language against the buyer's actual Virginia - IT Services and Cybersecurity Solicitation questions.
Track assumptions and exclusions where the source does not yet define delivery requirements.
Check response files for consistency, signatures and required attachments.
Prepare a submission readiness record showing confirmed requirements and unresolved gates.
