To learn more, visit Job Description Job Summary Goodwin & Company is looking for a highly motivated, detail‑oriented Compliance Inspector for a fast‑growing company. Your mission is to drive through assigned communities and note certain violations. This job requires a reliable vehicle, adequate and current automobile insurance, and the ability to drive your own vehicle through various areas. The position reimburses mileage and toll fees. Job Duties and Responsibilities Visually inspect properties within the Association for Deed Restriction violations. Process and mail notices pertaining to Deed Restriction violations. Answer customer phone calls and emails. Perform miscellaneous administrative job responsibilities. Attend monthly meetings. Requirements Reliable vehicle with adequate and current automobile insurance. Clean driving record; meet criminal background requirements. 18+ years old. High school diploma or GED. Legally eligible to work in the United States. Ability to navigate different application systems. Competency in Microsoft Office applications. Positive attitude and team‑player mindset. Clear and professional communication, both verbal and written. Friendly and adaptable attitude. Strong listening skills; ability to multi‑task; attention to detail; time management; problem resolution; decision‑making skills. Bonus Bilingual. Property Management / Homeowners Association knowledge. Working Conditions Majority of time spent driving. Typical office environment. May require overtime.
