Assistant Construction Superintendent - Senior Housing Project

DMK Development Group

Saint John, IN

DMK Development Group in Muskegon, MI is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to oversee a senior housing project on the waterfront. You will act as a liaison among owners, subcontractors, city officials, and the project team, leading safety and scheduling efforts on site. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of construction leadership, the ability to read plans, and strong communication skills.
